Occiput is a different type of card effect for your spectators - one they've probably never seen before!
You take out all the court cards and show that some of them look to the left, and some of them look to the right. Have one of your spectators shuffle up the court cards and then YOU, with the cards face down, can separate them into piles -- those looking to the left in one, and looking to the right in the other. You explain that you are doing this simply by touch alone. The method/secret, however, is actually incredibly simple, and you'll be able to perform this within 10 minutes of learning how it's done.
