Show two decks of cards to your spectator - they choose either the red or blue deck to put aside. Say it's the blue deck. Now, with the red deck, you count through the cards until they tell you to stop. They look at and remember that selected card. All is fair.
Now, when you take out the blue deck (the one put aside at the beginning) and spread the cards face up, ONE card is face down... the EXACT card they stopped on earlier!
